Built for <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Saturn_%28rocket_family%29\">Saturns<\/a>, for the last 30 years it has been used for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/interactive\/science\/space\/0705-shuttle-30-years.html?ref=space\">Space Shuttles<\/a>\u2014until last Friday when the last one flew.<\/p>\n<p>Standing on the seashore, you can see Pad 39A, where <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/STS-135\">Atlantis<\/a> took off.
