She is about to cook breakfast and has an uncracked egg cupped in her hands.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHey&#8230;\u201d she says. \u201cThis is what we get when we get farm-fresh eggs.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>I look down at the egg. It is brown and small and\u2026 Well, I have to do a double-take.
